Who we are

Tellhaven is a product of Prodmake LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. This website has no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and all of its files, including fonts, load from its own host. The live demo and the Tellhaven app are separate, and are covered below.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser details and the time of the request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Trying the live demo

The live demo at app.tellhaven.com creates a sample organisation and runs a real conversation. What you type is stored by the Tellhaven service with the demo data, and sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter, using an Anthropic Claude model) to generate replies and summaries. Please don't enter personal or sensitive information. We may delete demo data at any time.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and arrange any walkthrough you ask for.

The Tellhaven service

This policy does not cover conversations, cases or other information processed by the Tellhaven service. How that information is handled is agreed in writing with each organisation before rollout, and participants can read it before they start.

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@prodmake.com.
